What is a clutch servo
A clutch servo is a pneumatically-assisted clutch-actuation device, enabling accurate and sensitive clutch use. It dramatically reduced the amount of effort required by the driver when actuating the clutch pedal.
How does a clutch servo work
Clutch servo is use in heavy duty vihical.which is a clutch pedal press to very difficult to push by human foot power. Main purpose of clutch servo is very easily and smoothly opareting the clutch .it is work by fuild pressure.
Input force is F1 (by foot padle) and output force is F2(clutch shaft connect to the air tank) Clutch servo device is converte to low force convert in to higher force
F1= P1*A1
P1=F1/A1 ( this pressure is create by clutch servo piston )
This force open the valve of highly air compressor tank and air pressure apply on force on the clutch shaft when the foot padle don't apply any force then time air valve is closed and Ari pressure relishing by exust port
